FREE SHIPPING

Free domestic shipping is available worldwide on all regular and sale-priced items. Free items which require the buyer to cover shipping costs incur a per-item shipping charge, typically ranging between $4.95 and $9.95.

In these extraordinary times, please allow additional time for your package to arrive. We are working hard to fulfill all orders in a timely manner that is safe for our customers, our suppliers and staff. Know that we have you in our thoughts and prayers as we are finding creative solutions to get you your items in the fastest possible way.

As the majority of our items ship directly from our manufacturers overseas – please allow 12-30 days for delivery, excluding 3-5 days for processing time. Due to COVID-19, please allow 2-3 additional weeks for shipping (4-8 weeks total).

SHIPPING TIME

In order to ensure the most affordable prices, please allow up to 30 calendar days for delivery in Canada and the US and 5 weeks elsewhere in the world.

While our shipping time frames are fairly accurate, the shipping times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays. Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to Free Shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Orders to Canada are delivered via Canada Post.
Orders to the United States are delivered by the US Postal Service.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

Certain couriers take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Modern Baby Essentials Co. is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and are subject to custom fees payable by you when they arrive in your country.
